I followed Taking Cara Babies roughly with our first and really liked it but he was a lot easier than baby number two! Truthfully it was hard to get baby on a schedule that also worked with our toddler and activities he was doing. I'm also much more holistic leaning and sleep training isn't really a thing because it's believed most babies figure it out. Clearly our second baby is not figuring it out 😂 I'll also add that I think the book @chasesommer is following is pretty extreme for the ages it targets. It's hard with our ten month old but I think he's at a better age for it. Personally wouldn't follow this for a baby that's as young as the book suggests because I don't think they're developmentally ready for sleep 12 hours.
