My father lost a mechanical watch. He complained and searched for it for a long time, but couldn't find it. After he went out, his son quietly entered the house and found the watch after a while. The father asked how he found it. I Just sit quietly, and after a while I hear the ticking sound. I follow the sound meter to find it. The more impatient I am, the less I can find what I want. When I calm down, I may be able to hear my inner voice.
