I believe most people getting 20+ likes on the Base app are either already popular or part of a group. I’ve spent a full four weeks on this app, and the few engagements I’ve had which earned me about $5 over that time came from linking my Base account with Farcaster. It’s that audience that’s really been supporting me. Some days, I randomly like people’s posts to see if the energy comes back, and honestly, it doesn’t. Support isn’t common here. It’s definitely tougher.
That said, I still really appreciate the 5–12 likes I’ve been getting. Big shoutout to everyone showing support!
