I'm applying for an apartment in NYC and I need to initial 140 pages, this is insane. Needs to be within 24 hours or the put the unit back on the market. UI on the website is so bad. And they need a "certified check" within 48 hours from my bank (not a personal check, not a money order, not USDC, ... ). rental agreements are ripe for upgrading....
