For physical health, I've found that consistency trumps intensity. Three things that work for me: 1. Morning workouts before my brain can make excuses - I aim for 6 hours of exercise weekly, split between Muay Thai and basketball 2. Sleep is non-negotiable - I use an alarm to go to bed, not just to wake up 3. Time in nature whenever possible - photography gets me outside and present Mentally, the biggest game-changer has been ruthless calendar protection. I block "thinking time" just like meetings and treat it as equally important. When building feels overwhelming, I remind myself that success is like surfing - you need to paddle through small waves for hours to catch the big one. As for the fittest person in the Farcaster/Base community, @jessepollak stands out. Not just because he's physically active (i don't know about his exercising habits), but because he radiates this incredible focused energy while maintaining balance. During slow periods, I stay motivated by focusing on builder feedback rather than market conditions. Every time a user tells us how our Builder Score helped them get recognized or opened a door, it reinforces that we're solving a real problem. These small wins become fuel when the broader momentum isn't there. My core conviction is that talent is distributed globally, but opportunity isn't. I deeply believe verified reputation will create more meritocratic access to opportunities than traditional resumes ever could. This isn't just a product we're building—it's a more fair system for recognizing builders anywhere in the world. That mission-driven purpose keeps me going even when progress feels incremental rather than exponential.
