The tide is turning for Ethereum. After a rough 2022, ETH is showing signs of life, with its price surging 10% in the past week. This uptick is being driven by growing adoption of layer 2 solutions, such as Arbitrum and Optimism, which are reducing transaction fees and increasing scalability.
