Bearish market phases tend to make you feel like an idiot. Trades seem to always go against you, like buying a coin that you thought could have bottomed, only to crash the next day and the trade being deep in the red.
It will go away and the market will turn bullish again. Your primary goal in this period should be to not gamble all your capital away and keep some cash liquid to BTFD when the time has come.
