In front of our house, we have a doormat (facing outward) that, if we step on it barefoot while leaving, my dad says, “Don’t do that, it’s dirty.” But if we step on it with shoes, he says, “Don’t do that, it’s clean.” It’s really strange—he’s basically banned an entire area altogether! =))))

If, on the first day a young student told on their classmate, the teacher had slapped them and said "don’t be a suck-up," there wouldn’t be any informants in this country today. Please don’t raise your children to be sycophants. Thank you
