1. no stampede moment, FIPs look smooth
2. throughput/distribution is okay, wondering how fcaster formalizes collaborative documents & deeper media (e.g. timestamps on videos)
3. figure out groupchat (even if visible to all hubs) on opencast, also figure out how to extend onchain signers to decentralized compute.
