Good evening dear friends💙 After long “vacation” I’d like to share with you some thoughts. Sometimes the best solution is to simply let go of the situation and lose control. And then everything magically turns out to be easy and simple. And the result will definitely surprise you. You can make frantic efforts and swim against the current and never reach the desired shore, or you can surrender to the elements and see where it will take you. I wish everyone to allow themselves to lose control more often and just enjoy🤗

Topic of the day I think first of all it's important to understand your goals and intentions. What it can bring to you. And understanding the final result is the biggest motivation for action. Of course, to achieve something significant and decisive, you need to master the art of small steps. You don't need to wait for instant results. It’s better to set yourself up for the long haul. For me personally, the intermediate points are a vivid example of how to motivate myself over such long distances. I used to run a trail in the mountains, and it was a challenge for me to run 24 km uphill and then downhill. See comment ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Today is my day🥰 To travel thousands of kilometres to celebrate my new year✈️ Before, I would have called it an escape, but today it's about something else. I'm happy because I have a wonderful close-knit family and best friends. I am happy to have me - imperfect, sometimes difficult, sometimes capricious, but incredibly beautiful👸 My world is different, and now more than ever I want more joy, kindness and peace in it So it’s about going almost to the edge of my world to thank myself for the present me🌅 Happy birthday to me🎉
