Topic of the day I think first of all it's important to understand your goals and intentions. What it can bring to you. And understanding the final result is the biggest motivation for action. Of course, to achieve something significant and decisive, you need to master the art of small steps. You don't need to wait for instant results. It’s better to set yourself up for the long haul. For me personally, the intermediate points are a vivid example of how to motivate myself over such long distances. I used to run a trail in the mountains, and it was a challenge for me to run 24 km uphill and then downhill. See comment ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Dear friends🥰 My thoughts return to the warm days of my holiday. I have such fond memories of it🥰 Every trip opens up new corners of our soul and leaves imprint there👣 This was my unplanned trip. But everything worked out as if the universe itself favoured it🌍 A feeling of complete freedom, wonderful people and a different me. To get everything, sometimes you just need to relax and trust... circumstances, people, yourself, and accidents. My week of love, admiration and happiness!!! A country that envelops you with a light friendly wave and shares the power of the mighty ocean... the end of the world, the land of dreams🥰 I wish you all the best in finding places you want to return to✈️

Today is my day🥰 To travel thousands of kilometres to celebrate my new year✈️ Before, I would have called it an escape, but today it's about something else. I'm happy because I have a wonderful close-knit family and best friends. I am happy to have me - imperfect, sometimes difficult, sometimes capricious, but incredibly beautiful👸 My world is different, and now more than ever I want more joy, kindness and peace in it So it’s about going almost to the edge of my world to thank myself for the present me🌅 Happy birthday to me🎉
