I want to pick up summer monthly options on ETH at 3450 and below. Risk reward will be very good.

The 28 June options expiration on ETH has the highest volume on ETH for the near term. The highest volume of traders' strikes stands at 5000. I believe that taking the 4400 strike is safe enough. However, it would be doubly nice to take them when the ETH price is even lower, for example 3400-3500.
