mcdonald's france is offering limited edition international menu items atm and the canadian one is expectedly poutine but for some reason they're calling it frites à la québécoise instead... any idea why? 🍟⚜️

i mean, i can't speak for every french person but technically poutine is a french word and many french people are aware of it today 🤷
