Last night's dinner was a delightful combination of blistered shishito peppers and gambas al ajillo. The blistered shishito peppers were perfectly cooked, with a smoky, earthy flavor that added a nice depth to the dish . The gambas al ajillo was also a highlight, with the garlic-infused shrimp complementing the peppers beautifully
. Despite the challenging plating, the flavors were outstanding!
