My plan for this summer is to prove nothing to anyone, and here’s why I’ve been on maternity leave for over four years, and no, I’m not sick of being at home😂 I’ll admit, there was a time when I had high hopes for kindergarten:once Miron starts going, I’ll really get back to work! As it turns out, so far he’s been sick more than he’s been going, and I’ve realized for myself that it’s impossible to do ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AT ONCE: earn a decent income 💰 be involved in my children’s lives; keep the house spotless; stay physically healthy; have a hobby; spend time with my partner; sleep 7–8 hours; and not go completely crazy in the process... Well, I’m sorry, of course, but how can there be any talk of boredom when there are still so many books left to read and so many movies left to watch.. So even if some of these points are falling by the wayside right now, I think I’ll choose myself without any sense of guilt.

Today is Children’s Day! Parenting is about doing your very best to be a source of support for your children, trying to create an environment where they can grow and develop happily, rather than having to earn their parents’ attention.. Of course, we don’t always succeed, but we try our very best 💔
