I'm trying to comprehend EIP-4337 but the proposal is very poorly written, little document structure, mixed terms, poor English, even sloppy use of whitespace in the code. I have a headache. Sorry, just to add, I am convinced the key to broad adoption of any new technology is clear documentation. I think user/developer experience is the primary reason we have so much centralization, and history will repeat as business models become "let's make this open-but-hard thing easy".
