This is the Japanese Obento 
It’s made by rice, a main dish (in this case salmon) and some sides like mushrooms, tamagoyaki and veggies 🥦 

Obento it’s not the name of the dish but means the lunch you can bring with you. So you can have in your obento whatever you want. This is very very Japanese Style. If you’ll visit Japan one day please eat an Obento at least once 😉
