Pumpkin day π
Tried this recipe I found on the web:
Minced meat in a pan, when itβs well cooked add some white wine, let evaporate, add the pumpkin in little cubes and add water, low flame π₯ and go on for 30/40 minutes. When the pumpkin is soft enough add the tofu for additional 5 minutes. Salt and pepper and buon appetito π
