Pumpkin day πŸŽƒ Tried this recipe I found on the web: Minced meat in a pan, when it’s well cooked add some white wine, let evaporate, add the pumpkin in little cubes and add water, low flame πŸ”₯ and go on for 30/40 minutes. When the pumpkin is soft enough add the tofu for additional 5 minutes. Salt and pepper and buon appetito πŸ˜‹
