Taking my breakfast seriously today:
Cappuccino and Manjū
Manjū is a traditional Japanese sweet. There are many varieties of manjū, but most have an exterior made of flour, powdered rice, and buckwheat, and a filling of anko, made of boiled azuki beans and sugar. I honestly never thought that this sweets were well paired with a cappuccino but I reconsidered this bias and I must say that sometimes very far ingredients just match up perfectly in a kind of culinary miracle.
