Currently I am thinking about next developing path for UPAS based on Dfintity & Working Group feedback. First point is a unified UPAS canister that implements the Issuer API, issuing credentials based on user validation for a specific achievement (passed as an argument). Essentially, our implementation will be based on $ICP VCs: https://internetcomputer.org/docs/current/developer-docs/identity/verifiable-credentials/issuer
