Be at peace with yourself and don't place the responsibility for your happiness on others. Be mentally present in the moment. Take care of your thoughts and emotions... Remember that your body is your home. Therefore, you must take care of yourself in every way. If you have to leave something behind, leave it. If you have to start something new, start it.
