Interactive Brokers has announced that retail investors will soon be able to fund their brokerage accounts with stablecoins.
The rollout will be phased: first to selected U.S. clients, then to more users. This means investors can deposit directly on-chain into their IBKR accounts without going through a bank.
This year, amid tax-audit concerns, many traders who previously used a certain platform for U.S. stocks have already migrated to IBKR.
