The guided demo they walk you through is pretty great. My only complaint is there really isn’t much spatial content available yet. To be fair most developers have only had the device for a week. Make sure to try the meditation app.

AVP folks -- have you worn it long enough to adjust to the motion blur when walking about -- i'm a few days into this adventure and still can't deal with it -- tell me it gets better ;)
