I actually don't care if I'm right, because being right doesn't really mean anything. In some ways, it's cool that you predicted the future, and sure, as a vocation with prediction markets and the stock market in general, it can be lucrative. I am not as excited nor strictly attached to the outcome. Much more interested in the realization and existence of something that previously couldn't be the case, now, all of a sudden, is the case. I've often been thought about things that are on the cusp of being possible as having these sort of soft spots between what's possible and reality. There are kind of the membrane gets thin, possibly even amorphous in locations, because the membrane, the topology of the membrane, is constantly shifting. You get these moments where the dream world pours itself into the real world in these soft spots in the membrane.
