I’ve been running regularly for a while now, but last week I was struggling with a particularly tough jog. Out of nowhere, a guy running past me shouted, “You got this!” It was such an unexpected burst of motivation, and I ended up running further than I thought I could. Sometimes, all you need is a little encouragement from a stranger.
