when i hiked machu picchu a couple years ago, i had my wife do the NYT on my account to keep my streak alive. i say this not to rub it in, but because the last time i missed a day, about three years before that, was also during a hiking trip where i was without service for multiple days in the grand canyon, and that streak always was about three years in the making tldr; i know your pain. but i’d also bet it was awesome to just not have to care for a day too
