The Boatmen's Lunch (French: Le Déjeuner des canotiers) is an oil painting on canvas that was exhibited at the 7th Exhibition of Impressionism in 1882. It is the work of the French impressionist artist Pierre-Auguste Renoir. This painting is named Selected Painting. And it was chosen by three critics at that time as the best painting of the exhibition. This painting was bought from the artist by the then art dealer Paul Durand Roel and in 1923 it was bought by Duncan Phillips from Roel's son for $125,000.
