When I was a kid, my grandpa used to tell me these wild stories, but the one that always stuck with me was about a guy named Joe, who could read minds. Now, I know it sounds like something out of a comic book, but Grandpa swore it was true. Grandpa met Joe back in the day, during one of those summers when life felt like an endless adventure. He was working at this old diner on the outskirts of town, the kind of place where everyone knew each other’s business. One day, this dude strolls in – tall, kind of scruffy, with this intense look in his eyes. That was Joe. Joe had this freaky ability. He’d sit down across from you, and before you even opened your mouth, he’d start answering questions you hadn’t even asked yet.
