discipline is never easy this morning i missed my workout class because i got caught up on a scammer's call ..uh yes, really 🥲 then i sat at my desk all morning, grinding away on my pc, and by midday, i crashed. energy gone. brain fog. in the back of my mind, i knew what would help: get my ass moving but another part of me just wanted to take a nap i went with the workout it wasn't perfect. but it turned out to be a really good one
