Had a lovely cup of creamy Egg Coffee this morning in Saigon, Vietnam
For those of you who don't know, the Vietnamese have a very good amount of specialty coffees and this is one of the mos famous types
Condensed milk & egg yolk are whisked vigorously until they form a dense cream
Then a shot of Vietnamese coffee (usually Robusta) is put into a cup and the creamy egg mix is put on top
If you've never tried it, you might be thinking that it sounds a bit weird, maybe even yucky... But trust me, this shit is really really really good
