In traditional conceptual art, the idea itself is the artwork — not the medium. In the Living Arcade, the mechanism is the artwork — the triangle pools, bots, nudges, and their emergent behavior are the performance. Expecting a “project” with utility, gameplay, or simple tokenomics may feel disoriented — and that disorientation is part of the piece.
