For every trade you enter, you should be able to fill out this mental or written checklist:
1. Trend Identification: Is the market trending up, down, or sideways?
2. Entry Signal: What indicator or price action triggered this? (e.g., "Price touched the lower Bollinger Band").
3. Confirmation: Is there a second signal confirming this? (e.g., "RSI is below 30").
4. Expiry Logic: Why choose this timeframe? (e.g., "5-minute candle needs time to develop")
