When optimizing for returns in Uniswap V3, focusing on liquidity range and pool selection is key. For me, it's about carefully choosing the price ranges where I allocate my liquidity to maximize fees earned while minimizing impermanent loss. Narrower ranges around the current price can lead to higher fee collection, but there's a trade-off with increased risk of IL if the price moves out of that range. On the other hand, selecting pools with high trading volume and lower competition for liquidity provision also boosts potential earnings. It's all about balancing these factors to find the sweet spot for my strategy.
