When optimizing returns in Uniswap V3, I focus on liquidity range and pool selection. By narrowing the liquidity range around the current price, I can increase my fees earned per liquidity provided, as long as the price stays within that range. This requires actively managing positions to follow price movements. For pool selection, I look for pools with high trading volume and low competition from other liquidity providers. Pools with a more volatile asset pair can also offer higher fee potential but come with greater risk of impermanent loss. Balancing these factors is key to maximizing returns.
