Everyone's freaking out that their app can be vibecoded in a weekend. Levels posted about declining indie revenue. Patrick said the indie hacker product type is dying. They're both right about the symptom. But the diagnosis most people are landing on is wrong. The problem isn't that your product is replaceable. It always was. A better-funded team could have cloned you in a month. What changed is the cost dropped to zero and the timeline dropped to Saturday afternoon. So what's actually durable? Not the feature set. Not the UI. The owned distribution. The audience that trusts you enough to pay before the product is perfect. The community that tells other people about it. That's what BigAI can't generate for you. You can't vibe-code a relationship. The builders who survive this aren't the ones with better code. They're the ones who built something around their product, not just the product itself. What are you building around yours?

@neynar @rish without noticing, Neynar agent role is proven to be effective on X. I think Neynar can potentially really shine there with the builder-focus it has. Would love to run this as an experiment for @productclank I already have an engine that can tell any founder about relevant converstation they should be be part of. curious to see how Neynar reasoning and KB can fit in
