Part 3: We have a coordination crisis We have the best coordination tools humanity has ever created, yet we mostly play zero sum games and shift value from one to another, optimizing for short term gains, over long term collective prosperity. In an era where opportunities and technological cycles lasted years, that worked fine. Organic team had plenty of time to form, build ship and iterate. But when market opportunities have a few months windows, this old ways of coordinating via formal-teams structured via legal entities are not suitable anymore The tools exist for rapid, flexible coordination.
