Boris Cherny's framing on graph engineering is right and I dont think people are taking it seriously enough yet. Hundreds of agents, subagents five layers deep. The people designing those graphs have a structural advantage that's not really about the model at all. The model is a commodity. The graph is the IP. If you're still optimizing prompts you're fighting for scraps at the wrong layer of the stack.
