Someone building alone told me it was "exhausting and the best education I've ever had" in the same breath. That's the thing nobody tells you upfront. The overwhelm isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. Every hat you wear is a domain you stop being blind to. Pricing, support, distribution, infra — you get fluent in all of it because you have no choice. It's expensive in hours. But you come out the other side knowing exactly where the leverage is. 54% of solo founders report burnout at some point. I believe it. I experienced it myself. I also think most of them wouldn't trade the education. Neither do I What's the thing you learned solo that you couldn't have learned any other way?
