Someone building alone told me it was "exhausting and the best education I've ever had" in the same breath. That's the thing nobody tells you upfront. The overwhelm isn't a sign you're doing it wrong. Every hat you wear is a domain you stop being blind to. Pricing, support, distribution, infra — you get fluent in all of it because you have no choice. It's expensive in hours.
