a security researcher pinged me last night with a bug: create a community, get the 70 credit welcome bonus. create another, get it again. he'd done it 38 times, written it up, and only then asked if anyone was around.
fixed at the db within the hour, deployed same night. his test credits reset.
then i streamed him $PRO. not because he asked. he never asked for anything. he made something valuable first and let the reward follow.
thats the order i want to run everything on. most of the world does it backwards: hire someone, pay them, hope they turn out to be worth it. productclank is built on the opposite. prove the value, then get rewarded. every campaign on the platform works that way, and it turns out bug reports do too.
if you find something in our stack, same deal. show the value, the reward comes.
what else should get paid this way, after the value shows up instead of before?
