He YI: I think for Binance, many people think that the downturn last year was the most challenging time, and as a start-up, it was a major challenge for the team when the founder stepped down, however, we have a good direction - we want to build this company into a mature organization, not just a start-up! business. Our goal was to form a strong team that would collaborate with each other to support the growth of the company. Start-ups often rely on the unique skills of their founders or co-founders to compete, such as great marketing or technical skills, but as the company matured, we needed sound organizational policies and an environment that ensured that the company could continue to grow even without its founders.
