Since I get asked on what it's like joining a team after being a founder (ran own startup + fund for 8 years) and honestly it's totally fine for me. Major change is not being as in control of my own hours but as far as working for someone else again as long as I value their judgement then hasn't been an issue at all

I agree with that. As long as I believe in who I’m working for and with, I’m good.

Ego is a success killer sometimes. Merkle team is absolutely cracked! You’ll go further together :)

+1. It can be pretty relaxing in its own way after a long period as a founder, especially when you are working on something aligned with a great team like you are.

True mentality. As far as their goal and yours align, don't see why I can't work with another team. But some ppl goal is just to take the lead and that's all
