Is there a template to help people create that helps the user know how to do it properly?

I had an overall good experience today with it.

There is a high rate that tag our bot to post bounties but we have posting requirements to prevent spam from going through. It's been problematic though on replies to bounties since the spam goes on our site (we rank using Neynar but we don't have a set threshold to cut off when to not show this info)

curious, is there a high rate of bounties created by spammers?
