For Bountycaster, @pirosb3 and I both already have a founder equity vesting schedule of 6 years We're figuring out a structure to backload most of the 6 year vesting in the later years. We feel this helps align incentives for the long run. Lmk if you have any data on this! h/t @jaredhecht.eth for the helpful insights
