what's the easiest way to spin up/test miniapps? do I really have to host a production-ready server or is there some sort of workaround?

Most people use a tunnel like ngrok. I personally like tailscale and their funnel service. Totally free and works great https://tailscale.com/kb/1223/funnel The Frames SDK (mini app sdk?) definitely need a local debugger though

the best, easiest architecture i've used (i launched BaseFlip with this) - buy a namecheap domain - build your miniapp in a github pages website - point namecheap dns at github pages 0 hosting miniapp. Super quick to setup.

docs suggest cloudflare and it's really nice, https://miniapps.farcaster.xyz/docs/guides/sharing#debugging
