2025 has been a great year for me.
we bootstrapped @builders-garden, shipping more than 20 miniapps and working closely with great ecosystem partners, companies, and founders i deeply respect. we shipped fast, learned in public, and stayed close to users the whole time.
/farville was a big turning point. it boosted our growth and credibility and helped position the studio among the best at building viral miniapps around here. it also raised the bar for everything we want to build next.
as a team, we learned a lot, about product, about business, and about each other. weāre more aligned than ever, and ready to push harder with /rise-of-farms.
with @urbe-eth, we opened the first web3 hub in italy, in rome. a huge milestone for us, and an important step toward creating a real home for builders and founders. seeing rome grow into one of the most active crypto hubs in europe has been incredibly rewarding.
we also announced /farcon-rome, another pivotal milestone in that direction. i canāt wait to see it become real next may.
on a personal level, i changed routine this year. fewer distractions, more intention. i started moving more, training consistently, eating better, sleeping more. it didnāt just improve my health, it made me a better builder, clearer, more present, more resilient.
i was more cautious with travel and events, but i couldnāt miss /farcon-nyc, a new day one, and basecamp. every time, i came back with more energy and clarity to fuel what weāre building.
grateful for the journey so far. focused on what matters. ready for 2026.
