last week i reviewed ~20 /miniapps from folks asking how to go viral. most were missing two key things: sharable moments — prompt users to share any fun/relevant action (mint, score, goal hit, etc). this drives discovery. social data — i'm here to connect, not go solo. zynga poker didn’t win on poker UX, it won on poker with friends. add these, and you’re already 10x ahead.
