Im consciously trying everyday to work on my attention span, by purposely choosing long form content over short form, not switching tasks before I’m done and drastically reducing my use of AI for low IQ tasks it’s ok if some things that I write are less well structured or written but more human and used more brain cells to do so It’s sounds crazy how this should be the norm but fuck we went down the rabbit hole Used to make so much sense to use AI to write an email, now I feel it’s the opposite (obviously still use AI a lot to learn more complex concepts for example)
