What are some suggestions for yoga and meditation? Around 25000 times we breathe daily. What happened? Nothing But if we add one word in breathing i.e. CONCENTRATION we can see magic in life Breathe + concentration = Magic So concentration is the key here. Yoga and meditation are most important things in modern era and after some years these will be Mandatory type of thing for everyone because everyone knows our speed of growth. How we are ignoring mother's natute, So we are facing opposite reactions everywhere like Mental problems like stress, depression, Overthinking , Suicidal cases etc increasing as same pace as physical problems. We Cant breathe in cities like Delhi or NCR . We think we are owner of the earth and animals are there for our advantage only. Lets talk about suggestions for yoga and meditation only:
