we are basically curation & $DEGEN on steriods
Any existing channels (or virtual channels) could be activated as curation dao:
- stake degen to curate content
- successfully curated content would launched as 1155 mint, each mint generated rewards for curators,creators and channel host
- failed curation would lose their stake
