Is there any consumer product that will call support for me?
Like “call my insurance company and get on the phone with an agent regarding this case <pdf>”
Ideally it would:
- Know my call objective
- Reference materials like my cc info, case numbers
- Navigate speech (say what you want) and dial interfaces (press 1 for blah)
- Wait on hold and give me a call when agent is live
- Update via push notifications
- Record the call
Seems like a very straightforward product to build and I’m sure many people would pay for this!
