All you really need now is problem solvers. People who can figure out how to make things work. Any sort of routine work is now completely replaced by AI.

it's gotten really hard to keep up too
if you go heads down building instead of playing catch up; even just a few weeks and you're already way behind.
I think it is becoming harder. You have to keep up with so many new things and ai doesn't help for big projects or design decisions
So true, I added meeting booking to my website with Cal.com and I was blown away how easy it was.
